Visiting Christian Science Nursing Service
Our Visiting Christian Science Nursing Service is temporarily closed whilst we await applicants for the vacant position of the Visiting Christian Science Nurse for this service. Please see letter below.
Dear Friends, We are sorry to inform you that our Visiting Christian Science Nursing Service will be temporarily closing on 13th April this year. Louise has resigned as the Registered Manager and after extensive advertising we have not had any applicants wishing to take on this role. We are very grateful for the loving work that Louise did in setting the Visiting Christian Science Nursing Service up, and in cherishing all those who used its services. Due to Care Quality Commission regulations we cannot legally operate the service without a Registered Manager. Please be assured that we are continuing to try and recruit a new Manager. If you know of anyone who might be interested in this position we would be grateful if you could make them aware of this vacancy.
In the meantime we suggest that if you, or any Christian Scientist, has a need, that they contact one of the Christian Science Nurses listed in the Christian Science Journal to ask for care in your home. We know that “Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need” and we invite you to join us prayerfully to see the unfoldment of this service. Lime Tree House continues to provide “Outstanding care” as judged by the Care Quality Commission, and is available to you if you have a need. We can provide transport to collect you and bring you to the house, and support your needs in this way. Please do not hesitate to call Lime Tree House for help and support, or to discuss your care needs, and any way in which we may be able to help you.
